Savor the flavors of the Caribbean at The Shores Restaurant at Chenay Bay Beach Resort. Offering the best of land and seas, the menu offers an array of tastes from casual lunch fare to evening fine dining. A full bar and wine list complements the menu. Diners relax in the open-air, beachfront environment, enjoying the sights and sounds of the sea. Special dinner events include an all-you-can-eat fish fry on Fridays.

The Shores House Salad...seasonal greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions tossed with your choice of dressing.
Crucian Chef's Salad...fresh salad greens, red and green peppers, shredded cheddar, onions, tomatoes, grilled chicken and diced ham.
Chenay Panzanella...fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, capers, and toasted bread, tossed with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich...with tomato, lettuce, and onion on a Kaiser roll.
Veggie Wrap...Garden veggies tossed in a creamy herb dressing, with seasoned rice, in a warm flour tortilla, served with a fruit cup.
